Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking a full stack senior software engineer to design and implement multi-tenant SaaS solutions in a remote US setting. You will work with Python, Django, Ember, and PostgreSQL, collaborating across time zones to deliver robust features and scalable systems.

You will lead design initiatives, troubleshoot defects, and embrace AI in daily development while maintaining strong test coverage and PR-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Python and Django REST APIs, models, and migrations.
• PostgreSQL and ability to reason about SQL.
• Multi-tenant SaaS with tenant isolation.
• JavaScript framework experience (Ember).
• Git / GitHub and PR-based delivery.
• Docker for local development.
• Writing and maintaining robust tests.
• Willingness to utilize AI in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates in a geographically distributed remote environment.
• Hands-on development with Python, Django, Ember and PostgreSQL.
• Create well-designed, testable, efficient systems following company processes.
• Lead technical design initiatives and efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
• Use PRs as a path to teach and learn.
• Share ownership for team dynamics, processes and growth.
