Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build world-class software for the healthcare industry. This remote role supports teams across the globe, emphasizing secure, high-quality software delivered with modern DevOps practices.

You will lead development efforts, implement security in the SDLC, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring peers. The position requires travel up to 15% and may involve on-site onboarding sessions; the role is based remotely in Utah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND six (6) years of experience in software development.
• OR
• High School Diploma/GED from AND Ten(10) years of experience in software development.
• AND
• 4+ years of experience with Java, SpringBoot and SpringCloud.
• 2+ years of experience with Docker and Linux.
• 2+ years of experience with at least one scripting language (example: Python, Ruby, Bash etc.).
• 1+ years of experience with any deployment tool such as Terraform and/or Ansible.

• Determining the most optimum solution for a given problem
• Supporting and collaborating with other engineers in solving problems and global teams
