Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Engineer in Austin, TX to manage the delivery pipeline of software engineering solutions. You will develop scalable solutions, collaborate with teams, and improve client relationships.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience with cloud platforms, web development technologies, and relational and NoSQL databases. Telecommuting is available with manager approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4 years of experience delivering software solutions.
• At least two relational databases: MySQL, Oracle, or Postgres.
• At least two NoSQL technologies: Cassandra, Couchbase, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery pipeline of software engineering solutions across a portfolio.
• Collaborate with various teams to define requirements and implementation approaches.
• Develop scalable and reusable solutions, review code, and run full suites of tests.
• Run paired programming sessions with customers and teams.
• Assemble and present technology delivery pitches to audiences.
• Work closely with client engagement partners to improve relationships.
