Job summary

AnewHealth, one of the nation’s leading pharmacy care management companies, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to drive software development and data engineering initiatives. You will work with a Scrum team to transform requirements into high-quality deliverables using Python, Java, TypeScript, React, SQL, Databricks, Docker, and AWS.

You will design, build, test, and maintain software that supports healthcare outcomes at scale, collaborating across engineering, product, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or 5+ years of related experience required.
• 4+ years of software development experience with modern languages and concepts.
• Experience with Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Databricks and data engineering platforms.
• Strong SQL and relational DB experience (MySQL).
• Experience with Docker, AWS, and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile development environment and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate on design, development, and delivery of software solutions per requirements.
• Test, debug and enhance existing applications; contribute to code reviews.
• Analyze and research software requirements for user stories and epics.
• Learn new technologies and integrate them with cloud and product infrastructure.
• Communicate updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
