Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on, day-to-day experience with AI-assisted coding (Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot).
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern language (TypeScript, Python, Go, Java).
• Experience building and scaling web applications and APIs.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, cloud infrastructure, and software design principles.
• Experience with Git, testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Clear written English and strong async communication.

Responsibilities

Your Mission: What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer, you will drive key initiatives, solve complex challenges, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help our clients scale and succeed.

• Design, build, and ship high-quality features across the product.
• Use AI coding tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot) every day to plan, write, test, and refactor code faster, while carefully reviewing AI-generated code for quality, security, and correctness.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code, and take part in code reviews.

Who You Are: What Makes You a Great Fit

Core Must-Haves

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on, day-to-day experience with AI-assisted coding (required): using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to ship production code.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern language such as TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience building and scaling web applications and APIs.
