Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience with degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics or related math.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats.
• Develop high-performance, real-time software processing radar data and tracks.
• Build modeling/simulation environments to validate tracking performance.
• Collaborate with radar engineers to integrate tracking into defense systems.
• Optimize software for millisecond-level performance.
• Communicate technical trade-offs to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Support customer demonstrations and field tests for deployment.
