Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise‑class applications with backend focus.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Java, and/or Scala.
• Expert in scalable microservices, messaging patterns, and data pipelines.
• Strong API contracts, CI/CD, testing, and OO fundamentals.
• BS/MS in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Portal platform's real-time content decisions and tech vision.
• Architect real-time rules and logic engine with millisecond response times.
• Lead GenAI/ML integration to enhance personalization patterns.
• Drive end‑to‑end initiatives across multiple systems and layers.
• Build reusable tooling, testing infra, and safe deployment workflows.
• Mentor engineers, review designs, and promote best practices.
