Qualifications

  • Around 4 years of embedded software experience in aerospace, defence, or safety-critical domains.
  • Experience with high-integrity coding standards (RTCA-DO178C).
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and learn from senior engineers.
  • Interest in automation across build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Willingness to work directly with target hardware in lab environments.
  • Desirable exposure to real-time embedded on Linux or VxWorks RTOS.
  • Understanding of the software lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to best practices.

What You'll Bring
