Job summary
ASRC Federal Mission Solutions in Moorestown, NJ is seeking highly motivated Software Engineers to support the U.S. Navy's Aegis Weapons System. You will work in a collaborative Agile team to develop maintenance and upgrade solutions for tactical systems, engaging in the full software lifecycle and supporting reviews.
The role requires a Bachelor's or higher in a technical field, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain the necessary security clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
- 5–7 years of software development, maintenance, or support in Open/Layered Architecture environments.
- Experience with Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with Agile scaled principles and OO design.
- Experience with Linux/ UNIX environments.
- Familiar with Eclipse IDE and UML.
- Familiar with driver-based and automated test environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop software maintenance and upgrade solutions for tactical systems on a collaborative agile team.
- Engage in all activities of the software development lifecycle and support process requirements and reviews.
