Job summary

NVIDIA invites a senior software engineer at the intersection of quantum computing, distributed systems, and advanced data platforms to help shape the future of high-fidelity, real-time system modeling and co-design for quantum computing platforms.

You will design and build data interfaces, orchestration layers, and scalable architectures that connect applications, simulation environments, AI models, and emerging computing systems, delivering reliable, low-latency pipelines for research and

Qualifications

BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field (or equivalent).
10+ years building and operating production-grade software systems with data engineering fundamentals.
Working knowledge of quantum computing concepts and collaboration with domain experts.
Hands-on experience with backend and data technologies (Python, C++, Go, APIs, distributed services, data platforms).
Strong software practices across testing, CI/CD, observability, and performance.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve scalable data platforms and interfaces integrating heterogeneous system data and AI model IO.
Design and implement agentic orchestration frameworks for modeling, prediction, and coordination.
Develop synthetic data pipelines and infrastructure for training, validation, and evaluation of AI-driven models.
Implement robust data pipelines, storage, and APIs for high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
Collaborate with research and engineering teams to translate domain models into reliable systems.
