U.S. Bank is seeking a Software Engineer - Product (Technical Leadership) to analyze, design, test, develop and maintain software experiences. The role requires full-stack ownership and adherence to DevOps and agile practices.

You will collaborate with engineers, product owners and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions in a regulated financial environment, with emphasis on customer experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Cobol, DB2, JCL, VSAM and CICS preferred
• Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps practices

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, operate and maintain products
• Own full-stack delivery with production-ready code
• Ensure design aligns with architectural best practices and performance goals
• Perform failure analysis and drive improvements
• Ensure compliance and security best practices across development
• Review code and mentor team on engineering standards
