Qualifications

• 5+ years of production‑grade software experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Backend services with Node.js and Go (Golang).
• AWS and cloud‑native development practices.
• Distributed systems and software architecture principles.
• Ability to design scalable backend systems.
• Ability to make effective technical and architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver end‑to‑end full‑stack features from concept through to production.
• Develop scalable frontend and backend applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js and Go.
• Build, maintain and optimize cloud‑native solutions within AWS.
• Design and implement scalable, high‑performance system architectures.
• Work closely with product and leadership teams to turn customer feedback into impactful product features.
• Enhance platform reliability through testing, monitoring, observability and resilient system design.
• Support and mentor engineers by providing technical guidance and constructive code reviews.
• Help shape the technical roadmap by contributing to architectural decisions and engineering best practices.
