• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with senior responsibilities.
• Strong Java + Spring experience.
• Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and contract-driven development.
• Strong testing practices and full SDLC knowledge.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of an authoritative source of truth for program configuration and migrate toward it.
• Lead schema design and data flow architecture across teams.
• Build and maintain microservices and APIs with contract-driven development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on high-impact projects.
• Mentor and support other engineers to foster a collaborative culture.
