What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Strong expertise in Pega PRPC development and architecture
- Proficiency in data modeling, rules configuration, workflows, and decisioning in Pega
- Experience with Pega integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, JMS)
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development and architecture
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and cloud-based Pega deployments
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for Pega development
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification
- Experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or financial services domains
