• 3+ years of experience building software products for operators or other users with demanding workflows.
• Experience owning and shipping production systems across frontend, backend, and API layers.
• Strong judgment about how to make software clear, dependable, and usable in operational settings.
• Ability to translate ambiguous user needs into pragmatic product and engineering decisions.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Build operator-facing software across mission planning, data workflows, and mission analysis
• Develop frontend applications, backend services, and internal APIs across edge and cloud systems
• Work across React, TypeScript, Python, and database-backed systems to support deployed products and map-generation workflows
• Partner with autonomy, field, and integration teams to translate operational needs into reliable product features
