L3Harris Technologies in Richardson, TX is seeking a Senior Associate, Software Engineer to support software development interfacing with targeted hardware. You will design software per requirements and collaborate with test engineers to drive test automation.

The Agile Development Group focuses on next-generation technologies for UAS, radar systems, and RF sensors, using small company agility with big company experience. A security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active US Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and a minimum of 2 years in software engineering, or graduate degree with 0–2 years of related experience; or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 2 years C++ or C# development in a professional environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop software interfacing with hardware and test engineers.
• Design software per requirement and system design documents.
• Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle from requirements to testing and integration.
• Create software test plans and documentation.
• Utilize modeling tools to establish operating data and run experiments.
• Peer-review code and track defects.
