Raytheon is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Aurora, CO (Buckley) to develop and modernize web-based applications. This role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance and U.S. citizenship, and is on-site at Buckley AFB.

You will work on full-stack development, modernizing legacy systems, and delivering new software baselines in a structured environment. Relocation assistance may be available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 5 years of engineering experience.
• Experience coding in Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience in software development and/or software integration.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience with coding software in Java, Python, or C++
• Experience in software development and/or software integration.
• An active and transferable TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Full-Stack experience developing a React or Angular based application.
• Experience making high-level architecture decisions on design and determine appropriate tech stack to use.
• Experience working in a structured configuration-controlled environment, primarily focused on the support and maintenance of real-time software applications on an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, GIT, and SQL.
• Experience with JIRA, Gitlab, and Confluence.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
