Job summary

HealthRecon Connect is seeking a senior software engineer to lead end-to-end application development using Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, React.js, MySQL, and Kafka. You will drive technical delivery, set coding standards, security and performance goals, and guide architecture decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, maintain technical docs, and mentor engineers to continually improve engineering practices.

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end application development and technical delivery using Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, React.js, MySQL, and Apache Kafka.

Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and ensure high standards in code quality, security, performance, and scalability.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field, with relevant certifications preferred.

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 1–2 years in a senior or technical leadership role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, React.js, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience designing scalable cloud applications, preferably using AWS, with Apache Kafka and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and maintain engineering standards.
• Experience coordinating with Product, QA, and DevOps teams, supporting production systems, and improving performance and reliability.
