Job summary

True Religion seeks a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software across onshore and offshore teams. You will work with .NET, Node.js, and SQL Server to deliver high‑impact solutions powering core business operations.

You will lead architectural decisions, drive engineering excellence, enforce coding standards, and own the end‑to‑end delivery from design to deployment in a hybrid work model based in El Segundo, CA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven expertise with .NET, C#, .NET Core/Framework.
• Strong experience with Node.js and server-side apps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, T‑SQL, stored procedures.
• Experience with SSIS/SSRS and data integration/ reporting.
• OO design principles and common design patterns.
• Experience with offshore/global teams and Git/Jira.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C# and .NET Core / .NET Framework.
• Build server-side apps, services, and microservices using Node.js.
• Architect and optimize MS SQL Server schemas, T-SQL queries, and procedures.
• Develop and deploy ETL and data pipelines with SSIS.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports with SSRS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical direction to offshore teams and enforce coding standards.
• Manage source code with Git-based platforms and branching workflows.
• Track tasks and sprints in Jira or equivalent tooling.
• Apply OO principles and design patterns for scalable code.
• Identify performance, scalability, and security improvements.
• Write unit/integration tests; participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support.
