Beacon Hill is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a greenfield identity automation project. You will design and build enterprise web apps using .NET/C# and Angular, and develop REST APIs that integrate with identity platforms.

You will create self-service workflows for access requests and lifecycle management, and build tools to improve governance and visibility across identity systems. Collaborate with security, infra, and engineering teams on scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with .NET/.NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Experience building applications with Angular and TypeScript.
• REST API design and development experience.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Job description

Beacon Hill is partnering with an enterprise organization to hire a Senior Software Engineer for a greenfield initiative focused on identity automation, access governance, and enterprise security tooling.

This role will help build a new internal platform responsible for managing the lifecycle of non-human identities, including service accounts, application identities, and other automated access mechanisms across a large-scale enterprise environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET/C# and Angular

• Develop REST APIs and backend services that integrate with identity and directory platforms

• Build self-service workflows that automate access requests, approvals, onboarding, and lifecycle management

• Create tools that improve governance, compliance, and visibility across enterprise identity systems

• Partner with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of software engineering experience

• Strong experience with .NET/.NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Web API

• Experience building applications with Angular and TypeScript

• REST API design and development experience

• Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale applications

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) experience

• Microsoft Graph API, LDAP, or directory services experience

• Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity-related projects

• PowerShell automation experience

• Experience building workflow, governance, or compliance-focused applications
