Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is partnering with an enterprise organization to hire a Senior Software Engineer for a greenfield identity automation and security tooling initiative in California.

You will design and build enterprise web apps with .NET/C# and Angular, create REST APIs, and develop IAM-related workflows. This hands-on role requires 8+ years of experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Beacon Hill is partnering with an enterprise organization to hire a Senior Software Engineer for a greenfield initiative focused on identity automation, access governance, and enterprise security tooling. This role will help build a new internal platform responsible for managing the lifecycle of non-human identities, including service accounts, application identities, and other automated access mechanisms across a large-scale enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET/C# and Angular
• Develop REST APIs and backend services that integrate with identity and directory platforms
• Build self-service workflows that automate access requests, approvals, onboarding, and lifecycle management
• Create tools that improve governance, compliance, and visibility across enterprise identity systems
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience

• Experience building workflow, governance, or compliance-focused applications
