Job title: Senior Software Engineer

Lead technical initiatives as a Senior Software Engineer in our innovative, fast-paced environment. You'll design and develop sophisticated .NET web solutions, mentor team members, and drive the integration of AI capabilities across our technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex web applications using .NET technologies
• Architect scalable database solutions and optimize performance
• Design and implement robust web services and API architectures
• Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews
• Drive technical decision-making and establish development best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical challenges
• Contribute to system architecture and technology roadmap planning
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
• Advanced experience with SQL databases, performance tuning, and complex query design
• Proven experience architecting and implementing web services (REST APIs, microservices)
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Experience with software architecture patterns and design principles

Preferred Qualifications
