Job summary
Motorola Solutions in Los Angeles seeks a seasoned software engineer to design and build data processing pipelines for machine learning on large RF datasets. Your work will directly impact products and services used by mission-critical customers, with pipelines that support real-time analytics and scalable workflows.
Requirements include 7+ years as a software engineer, expert Python and NodeJS, Linux/DevOps, containerized infrastructure (Docker/Kubernetes), and experience with Jira, Azure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree + 8+ years in software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and NodeJS; Linux and DevOps
- Experience with containerized infra (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience coordinating projects with Jira/Azure DevOps/AWS tools
- Experience with AWS cloud-based infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Address data security and availability of data as streams
- Manage the distribution of algorithms across cloud infrastructure
- Implement data science algorithms at scale with real-time benchmarking
- Collaborate with designers to ensure responsive backend services
- Lead reusable components and enable collaboration between research and production teams
