Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a software developer to analyze, design, and develop software supporting military aviation mission planning. You will work on system modeling, simulation, and tool selection to ensure performance and reliability.

The role requires a DoD environment background, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, and an Active Secret clearance. Responsibilities include SME ownership, collaboration with teams, and presenting technical analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
• 10–12 years software engineering experience in a DoD environment.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to design, develop, and work with software with groups or individually.
• Experience with C#, C++, .NET Windows Forms and UI technologies (WPF/HTML5/JS/TypeScript).
• Strong debugging skills and clear communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements and design components.
• Develop software components and user interfaces.
• Perform system and unit-level testing.
• Own the application as SME.
• Represent the team in meetings with technical analysis and materials.
• Collaborate with other teams, customers and users to deliver the product.
