Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking Software Engineers at Associate, Experienced, and Senior levels to contribute to the Missile Defense National Team. Roles are based in Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL and require an active U.S. Secret clearance.

This position is 100% onsite and involves design, development, testing, and collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include full software lifecycle work on Java-based C2BMC applications, modeling, architecture, and agile planning, with mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required (U.S. Citizenship).
2+ years of backend development experience (Java, Spring, Oracle SQL, SQL Server).
1+ years of experience with UML or other software architecture/design modeling techniques.
1+ years of experience with Agile software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test Java-based applications for C2BMC front-to-back end systems.
Support full software development lifecycle including design artifacts, coding, reviews, testing, and issue resolution.
Participate in Agile planning and execution using established processes.
Develop software requirements and architecture for MDS systems.
Create, tailor and deploy integration and test processes and metrics.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge.
