Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead the migration of distribution centers from legacy iSeries WMS to Manhattan Active WM. You will bridge legacy operations with cloud deployments, supporting DCs while configuring MAWM to fit workflows and inventory rules.

The role emphasizes Cognos reporting, Jira documentation, and on-site/remote go-live support in a hybrid Plano environment. 7+ years in WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on software development and systems analysis within Warehouse Management / Supply Chain Logistics.
• Extensive experience with IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform and SQL for data extraction.
• Deep understanding of core DC processes and modern WMS like Manhattan MAWM.
• Experience with Cognos SCI reporting and Jira for Agile documentation.

Responsibilities

• Migrate DCs from legacy WMS to Manhattan Active WM and provide dual support.
• Configure MAWM to meet distribution workflows and inventory strategies.
• Design and deploy dashboards and reports using Cognos SCI.
• Develop documents and labelling for warehouse operations and ensure quality.
