Job summary

FutureSearch is seeking senior Software Engineers to evaluate and improve state-of-the-art forecasting and agentic LLM web research. You will own backend systems end to end, deploy, monitor, and debug in production, building frontend-to-backend features and scalable pipelines.

• Owning production backend systems end to end, including deploying, monitoring, and debugging them when they misbehave.
• Building on LLM APIs and coding agents like Claude Code, with instincts for when their output is wrong
