Job summary

Youcom is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and develop foundational systems for our LLM-based generative AI assistant. This remote role allows candidates based in the United States to contribute to the innovation of web-scale AI-driven platforms while collaborating across functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building scalable architectures, improving system performance, and has a strong background in open-source contributions. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 USD, alongside an array of company perks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building scalable systems for web-scale products.
• Familiarity with deployment pipelines and debugging system-level issues.
• Expertise in designing scalable databases.
