Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent with 5+ years of application development experience.
• Proven ability to influence and mentor developers within an agile team.
• Experience with Azure Services and modern cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-based solutions using Azure to enable scalable, fault-tolerant platforms.
• Perform rigorous unit, integration, and non-functional testing to ensure production readiness.
• Build observability into applications to derive insights and improve performance.
• Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call rotations.
• continuously improve team processes, methodologies, and technology choices.
• Contribute to YBIYRI model by participating in on-call pager rotation.
