Job summary
Erias Ventures seeks a Software Engineer who develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, large data sets, real-time components, and business management software) based on documented requirements. You will work individually or as part of a team, review and test components, and propose design tradeoffs including hardware/software considerations.
This role may allow partial telework.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Linux CLI.
- Java and Spring microservices development.
- NiFi dataflow and custom processor development, with DevOps coordination.
- Containerization with Docker and containerd.
- Kubernetes orchestration.
- Monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus.
- Git for version control.
Responsibilities
- Lead software engineers and DevOps to deliver solutions for mission customers.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems per requirements.
- Review, test, and document software components; analyze tradeoffs.
- Provide input on system design and hardware/software tradeoffs.
