Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking an Enterprise - Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex analytics and data processing systems. You will work on demanding algorithms, real-time processing, and data repositories, with emphasis on design, testing, and documentation.

The role requires leading teams per project methodology and collaborating with system engineers to meet performance and security requirements, including COTS/GOTS considerations and hardware/software trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Twenty years of SWE experience in similar scope or a relevant degree plus experience

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Debug existing software and correct defects
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or environments
• Develop algorithms to meet performance and functional standards
• Oversee one or more software development teams and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to meet specs
