Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline required; substitution: four (4) years SWE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features.
• Oversee one or more software development teams and ensure quality and timely delivery.
