Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of directly related experience or 7+ years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency in C#, Async/Await, and .NET (8+ preferred) and SQL in relational databases.
• Experience with React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, plus desktop UI libraries.

Responsibilities

• Develop software within a team environment for an information technology intensive business.
• Translate business needs into software specifications and estimates.
• Lead medium-sized projects including detailed design, development effort, and timeline.
• Mentor junior developers to aid in their development.
• Perform unit, integration, and system level software testing.
• Review designs and code of other team members in a constructive manner.
• Design performance-oriented data models and relational database structures.
• Participate in on-call rotations to resolve issues.
