Qualifications

• Lead Agile delivery, backlog grooming, and estimation activity.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Support CI/CD, automated testing, and evolving engineering practices.
