Job summary

Google Cambridge seeks a Senior Software Engineer for Envoy AI Foundations to advance high-performance, scalable software. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more languages.
• 3 years testing, maintaining, or launching software products; 1 year in design/architecture.
• 3 years building large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders.
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices and quality.
• Contribute to scalability, reliability, and security of Envoy at Google scale.
• Be a leader in the OSS Envoy community and maintainers' activities.
