Job summary

Google software engineers develop next-generation technologies at scale, spanning information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale systems, AI, and beyond. You will work on critical projects with opportunities to switch teams as Google grows, ensuring leadership and delivery across the full stack.

You will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions while guiding priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of design/architecture experience.
• 2 years of backend, AI, and Generative AI exposure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PM and UX to translate evolving requirements into engineering plans.
• Own end-to-end delivery of new capabilities and infrastructure improvements.
• Make high-volume, high-quality code contributions and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with Flow engineering teams across model, media serving, web, and mobile.

US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Partner with Product Manager (PM) and UX to navigate rapidly evolving requirements translating ambiguous product goals into concrete, well-scoped engineering plans
• Own end-to-end delivery of new capabilities, and infrastructure improvements.
• Make high volume and high quality code and design contributions.
• Provide technical leadership, and raise the technical bar across the team.
• Collaborate closely with other Flow engineering teams across model and media serving, web frontend, mobile, etc.
