The role requires a strong foundation in CS fundamentals, hands-on programming experience in C/C++/Java/Golang/.NET, and comfort with scripting, tests, and deployment in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of product development experience.
• Experience with Agile development and on‑call duties.

Responsibilities

• Write documentation and automated tests for code to be written.
• Implement functionality for automated tests and ensure coding standards.
• Debug production issues and plan mitigation.
• Optimize performance of existing implementations.
• Read code, debug issues, and use data structures and algorithms effectively.
• Choose appropriate data structures and algorithms for input size and frequency.
• Develop features with unit tests and identify bottlenecks.
• Follow common design patterns and coding best practices.
• Collaborate in a team with Scrummaster guidance and idea sharing.
