Job summary

Signalscape seeks a senior engineer to own a Kubernetes-native application deploying workloads within its cluster, integrating a modern web UI, microservices, and cloud-native components. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure operational excellence and maintain documentation in line with standards.

The in-office position in Cary, NC includes a salary range of $120,000 to $170,000 per year and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI with Poly level security clearance.
• Hardware and software integration skills.
• Ansible CM.
• Rancher.
• CaaS (Containers as a Service).
• Proficiency in Golang.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Helm and GitOps (ArgoCD).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and Kafka.
• Linux/Unix administration preferred.
• Strong debugging, problem solving, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required: must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Own a Kubernetes-native application deployment platform within Signalscape's cluster.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure operational excellence and maintain documentation per internal standards.
• Work on a web-based UI/UX, containerized microservices, and cloud-native components as part of a senior role.
