Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• US citizenship required.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelors or 8+ years of related experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• 8+ years Java development on Linux/Windows.
• Experience with C/C++.
• 5+ years cryptography with focus on key management.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.

Responsibilities

• Productize mission-focused software suite for DoD environments.
• Remove dependencies and abstract environment-specific configurations.
• Develop interfaces for authorization workflows and key management across customer environments.
• Support development across clients, Portal, Proxy services, and OpenBao-based key management services.
• Lead changes to Encryption Libraries and Key Management Services.
• Migrate code from Low to High environments.
• Apply best practices for solution designs and project delivery.
• Collaborate with teams via planning, testing, and defect resolution.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and status communications.
