We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the nascent US Bank Accounts team, building products that enable businesses to open, manage, and move money directly within our ecosystem.
You’ll help evolve and scale existing capabilities to enable significant growth, refine and deepen customer experiences, and build new products that expand our offering.
As an early member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape technical design, architecture, and roadmap decisions; own projects from beginning to end; and help define the team’s culture and identity.
You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and key stakeholders to turn complex banking needs into reliable, scalable customer experiences. This Chicago-based role is part of the broader Financial Services product organization, which owns the full suite of financial products we offer to our customers.
The annual base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $243,000. Compensation is based on factors including qualifications, experience, and location. Total compensation package includes equity (RSUs), 401(k), health, dental, vision, and more.
This role is based in our Chicago office. We’re an office‑first company and expect employees to work in‑office at least 3 days a week on average. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in‑person collaboration and learning from each other, while also supporting flexibility.
