Job summary

SA Technologies Inc. seeks a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to develop and maintain Python-based applications supporting elevator safety, emergency communications, connected devices, and remote monitoring platforms.

You will work across cloud applications, web interfaces, mobile apps, and embedded hardware integrations, with a focus on Python, Linux, and full-stack backend services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python programming with Linux experience.
• Strong background in full-stack development and backend services.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments and Linux tooling.
• Knowledge of embedded hardware integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications, REST APIs, and web interfaces.
• Work in Linux environments with Bash scripting and troubleshooting.
• Support Django applications, MySQL databases, and web services.
• Assist with DigitalOcean cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Integrate Raspberry Pi devices and industrial IoT hardware with software.
• Contribute to web and mobile application functionality and cross‑team collaboration.
• Coordinate with electrical/firmware/product engineering groups.
