Echodyne, the edge-to-cloud radar innovator in Kirkland, seeks a technical, hands-on lead engineer who thrives at the intersection of edge computing and cloud-native integration. You will write high-performance code on-device while shaping the path to AWS-backed telemetry and state management.
You’ll lead a small team, mentor engineers, and own secure, low-latency edge-to-cloud contracts with AWS services, ensuring robust, reliable operation in disconnected or high-latency environments.

Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).
You are a technical, hands‑on lead engineer who thrives at the intersection of edge computing and cloud-native integration. You lead by example—writing clean, high-performance code while mentoring the engineers on your team. You are comfortable going deep into on-device logic while simultaneously navigating AWS services to ensure a seamless "edge-to-cloud" connection. You are a builder and a driver, ensuring that the components living on the radar are built with clarity, reliability, and real-world mission constraints in mind.

$137,196—$205,382 USD
