Multi Media, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test to provide technical leadership for automation across QA and partner engineering teams. This role focuses on complex test automation, testing infrastructure, developer productivity, and release confidence.

The Senior Software Engineer in Test owns end-to-end automation for complex features, shapes automation direction, and mentors QA and engineering teams. Fully remote options are available in the US and beyond.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development and automated testing.
• Expertise in Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress for large-scale automation.
• Strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript development with clean, modular code.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Familiarity with Docker and Git for test environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable automated tests and frameworks for complex workflows.
• Lead automation strategy, test planning, and coverage for features.
• Improve testing infrastructure, data, reporting, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build automation tools and internal services that boost QA productivity.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline QA and reduce repetitive work.
• Mentor engineers to upskill the team and promote knowledge sharing.
• Review code and uphold automation standards across projects.
