Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support the Office of Personnel and Facility Clearances and Classification (OPFCC), NA-74, in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time position is contingent upon contract award.

You will design and implement software solutions with databases and user interfaces, follow NA-IM security requirements, and ensure clear acceptance criteria for the team through strong collaboration and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
• Three years of software engineering experience; education may be substituted year-for-year.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of CMMI processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire SCI.

Responsibilities

• Interpret requirements and create technical solutions with programming code, databases and user interfaces.
• Abide by NA-IM security and process requirements.
• Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are well known to the team.
• Preparation of business requirement documents as directed.
