Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support the Office of Personnel and Facility Clearances and Classification (OPFCC), NA-74, in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time role is contingent upon contract award and requires active DOE Q/Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

The analyst will gather requirements, manage agile processes, and prepare business requirement documents while coordinating with DOE users and product demonstrations for NA-74.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar role; an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for education.
• Experience working in the Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) processes and best practices.
• Superior communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Strong aptitude for critical thinking.
• Current and active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire an SCI.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process management and communications for NA-74 and other DOE users to coordinate product demonstrations, Sprint planning, work item triage, prioritization
• Gather requirements for work items
• Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are well known to the team
• Preparation of business requirement documents as directed
