Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks an experienced Software Engineer – Level 3 to design, develop, and sustain mission‑critical software systems for Intelligence Community operations. The role emphasizes leading multiple development teams, evaluating technologies, and delivering scalable, high‑performance software.

Ideal candidates will have extensive leadership experience, proficiency in Java/C/C++, and a strong track record in real‑time data processing, analytics, and enterprise information management

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with current Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is required.
• Twenty (20) years of experience as a Software Engineer for similar scope programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; 4 extra years may substitute for the degree.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple software development teams and delivering complex systems.
• Experience with high‑volume data processing, real‑time processing, and COTS/GOTS integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on requirements.
• Lead multiple software development teams and ensure quality across deliverables.
• Oversee testing, integration, and sustainment of software components.
• Collaborate with systems engineers and stakeholders to refine requirements and architectures.
• Coordinate development activities to align with customer requirements and schedules.
