Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, develop, and maintain complex DoD mission-critical software systems. You will lead architecture and implement scalable, secure solutions across SIGINT, EW, and Cyber Operations platforms.

The role requires strong programming skills in Java, C++, Python, and experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices. You will mentor teams and collaborate with government partners to deliver secure, reliable software.

Qualifications

Active Secret security clearance.
Master's degree in a quantitative field (CS/CE/EE/SE/IT/Math) with CS concentration.
10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience with Java, C++, Python in professional environments.
Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying production software applications.
Understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices.
Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-scale software architectures using modern languages and frameworks.
Develop DSP applications for SIGINT, EW, and Cyber solutions.
Build distributed, asynchronous programming models for mission systems.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and deployment automation.
Develop microservices and RESTful APIs; write automation scripts (Python, Bash).
Lead architectural discussions and mentor junior engineers.
