Job summary
Integral Federal seeks a Software Engineer III to support biometric collection systems across PM BIO/PM TS/PAE programs in the Tysons area. You will troubleshoot software issues, implement patches, and drive testing while enforcing data security per government standards.
Required are a BS in engineering, 7+ years in software engineering, Android proficiency, and a Secret security clearance. DPS/DevOps practices are expected to shape your delivery in a defense setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong foundation in software engineering with biometrics/military tech exposure.
- Understanding of information assurance, encryption, and military security protocols.
- Secret security clearance and Android experience.
- Experience applying modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps/DevSecOps).
Responsibilities
- Provide software engineering service for biometric collection systems, including troubleshooting issues and implementing patches.
- Develop and implement test procedures, reports, and robust data security measures.
