LG Ad Solutions in Denver on-site four days a week seeks a Senior Software Engineer II to build and optimize large-scale ad serving and measurement systems powering hundreds of millions in revenue. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and global engineering teams, mentor peers, and lead critical initiatives across our ad tech stack using Spark, AWS, Kubernetes, and ReactJS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience building large-scale software systems.
• Proficient in Scala, Go, Python, C++, or JavaScript; strong CS fundamentals.
• Experience with Spark/Databricks, MySQL, Redis/ElastiCache, ReactJS, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Able to understand and refactor large codebases.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, and system design knowledge.
• Collaborates with engineering teams in India to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ad serving and measurement systems.
• Optimize big data applications for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Own projects from requirements to delivery and maintenance.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Promote engineering best practices and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops, and other teams on timelines.
• Integrate with internal/external platforms to enhance targeting.
• Contribute to system architecture and long-term roadmap.
