Accountabilities:

  • Lead large-scale engineering initiatives within your domain team in close coordination with product and design partners
  • Build and maintain enterprise-level features focused on revenue operations, including billing and order-to-cash workflows
  • Integrate third-party payment platforms like Stripe to optimize invoicing, subscriptions, and financial transactions
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable systems
  • Define and scope technical solutions that deliver tangible business and customer outcomes
  • Contribute to a motivating, inclusive engineering culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience with a proven track record of delivering production-ready systems
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, including experience with platforms like Stripe
  • Solid knowledge of CRM workflows, data modeling, and secure architecture practices
  • Hands-on experience in system design, technical project leadership, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Proficiency with modern frameworks and technologies such as React, Typescript, GraphQL, Postgres, AWS, and Salesforce
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and passion for building top-tier customer experiences
  • Competitive salary range of $165,000–$235,000 depending on experience
